The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Highway Properties for the building work that is required to be completed (AC and Gym Fooring Removal and Adding Gym Mat Tiles). This requirement is for the Tampa Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. Please note that this noticed is being posting per the FAR but the FBI shall use the Lessor for all building work.
