The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring 85 Dell Lattitude 5511 MLK laptops, as detailed in the attached Dell Laptop Specification document. This is being conducted as a total small business set-aside and in accordance with FAR Parts 6 and 13. All vendors shall be signed up in SAM.GOV and have an active account to be considered for award. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only quotes from Small Businesses will be considered. Vendors shall quote all required products to be considered for award. This is an all or nothing requirement.
