This requirement is for the Charlottle Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is David.Yates@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification.
