Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit Small Business Vendors for the purpose of acquiring new commercial fabrication hardware to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). This is a non-personal services contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor employees performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The solicitation number is DJF- 20-2200-PR-0003371 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-100. The Government’s intent is to establish a firm fixed price award with delivery no later than 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).
