The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to SOFWare, LLC, 5857 Owens Avenue, Suite #3, Carlsbad, CA 92008 for the following products and services: FORGED Software Assessment and Selection (A&S) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 with a business size standard of 38.5 million dollars. A quote is being requested under solicitation no. DJF-20-2200-PR-0001741. This will be a fixed price contract. Based on FBI market research, it has been determined that SofWare LLC is the only source to meet the FBI requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. FORGED Software Assessment and Selection (A&S) software and its capabilities shall be used to support and conduct law enforcement investigative support. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications and experience/pricing and any other information to Jim Truong via email jatruong@fbi.gov. Harriett Williams will be the Contracting Officer for the entire solicitation.
