This requirement is for the Facilities Operations Division in Pocatello. Johnson Controls is the original equipment manufacturer and is the only authorized service provider. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@@fbi.gov.
