The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Quality Lapel Pin, Inc., for retirement plauques, FBI wreath and service key reproduction. This requirement is for the Finance and Facilities Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@@fbi.gov.
