The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting a quotation for Brand Name, Motorola Solutions WAVE ARUS Software Licenses and Technical Support, in accordance with the attached Software List and Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. This requirement is for a contract to be awarded, for a WAVE ARUS agreement that provides 24 x 7 access to Remote Technical Support, cyber updates, upgrades to future releases of WAVE software, onsite technical support, if required, access to WAVE future feature developments, and 3-year WAVE server licensing. This includes renewal licenses for the WAVE primary and backup infrastructure and servers. As well as, Management, Proxy, Media, Load Balancers, MS SQL, Red Hat Linux, mobile clients, ATAK plugin, IP and radio WAVE channels, web communicators, advance and standard dispatch software. All interested parties/offerors must be authorized resellers/partners of Motorola Solutions and may identify their interests, by providing a quotation in respond to this requirement to the attention of: Mr. Greg Jimmerson, email address: GJJimmerson@fbi.gov by no later than Monday, 16 July 2020, 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. All quotations received after the due date and due time, will not be considered as well as will be unacceptable. The award of a contract will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quotation that is received for this requirement. All interested offerors shall have an active SAM registration at www.sam.gov. Provide on your quotation, your company’s DUNS and Cage Code. Also, all requirements are subject to a PRA-Procurement Risk Assessment by FBI Security prior to award. If for any reason a vendor does not pass the PRA process, they will be ineligible for award with no further explanation given.
