The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Procurement Section/ITAU are requesting Brand Name-Classroom A/V Systems (IWRCFL/NJRCFL), in accordance with the attached Statements of Work and Justifications and Approvals. All quotations are due no later than 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, 1 September 2020. Also, all quotations that are received shall be valid until 30 September 2020. Identify your company’s Cage Code and DUNS, on the provided Quotation. All Quotations received after the due time and due date shall be unacceptable. This requirement will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Quotation, received for this requirement. ***Note: This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. All interested offerors shall have an active SAM registration at www.sam.gov. Also, all requirements are subject to a PRA-Procurement Risk Assessment by FBI Security prior to award. If for any reason a vendor does not pass the PRA process, they will be ineligible for award with no further explanation given.
