The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting a quotation for Brand Name, Gates Air Equipment and Gates Air parts to support upgrades and repairs of Harris/Intraplex Multiplexers, in accordance with the attached Material Equipment List. The FBI utilizes the Gates Air, Inc. (Formerly Harris Broadcast) IX-ACS-163, IX-ACS-167 channel banks, and the Gates Air T1 and IP interface modules in the construction and operation of the FBI’s Radio Communication System. Through the installation of the T1 interface module, IP interface modules, DS-961 synchronous modules the Gates Air intraplexes are able to transport FBI radios’ audio and data traffic back to the Field Offices’ radio network infrastructure. All interested parties/offerors must be authorized resellers/partners of Gates Air Equipment and Gates Air parts to support upgrades and repairs of Harris/Intraplex Multiplexers and may identify their interests, by providing a quotation in respond to this requirement to the attention of: Mr. Greg Jimmerson, email address: GJJimmerson@fbi.gov by no later than Friday, 21 February 2020, 01:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this requirement as follows: FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2018); FAR clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (DEC 2019); FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Items (OCT 2018); FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JAN 2020). The award of a contract will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quotation that is received for this requirement.
