The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting a quotation for Brand Name, Panasonic i-Pro Sensing Solutions/Panasonic Security Systems, WV-S6130 Cameras, in accordance with the attached Hardware List. FBI’s Strategic Vehicle Technology Unit (SVTU) has the need to purchase security cameras. SVTU incorporates these Panasonic WV-S6130 cameras into surveillance vehicles to capture video images, for law enforcement investigative purposes. The Panasonic WV-S6130 is part of the I-Pro Extreme series of Panasonic cameras that provide advanced video capabilities and video analytics. All interested parties/offerors must be authorized resellers/partners of Panasonic i-Pro Sensing Solutions/Panasonic Security Systems, WV-S6130 Cameras as well as may identify their interests, by providing a quotation in respond to this requirement to the attention of: Mr. Greg Jimmerson, email address: GJJimmerson@fbi.gov by Friday, 21 February, 12:00 pm/Noon, Eastern Standard Time. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this requirement as follows: FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2018); FAR clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (DEC 2019); FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Items (OCT 2018); FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JAN 2020).
