The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting a quotation for Brand Name, Vocality-Cubic/Cubic Mission Solutions Hardware/Software and Motorola Solutions WAVE Software, in accordance with the attached Hardware-Software List. The Vocality expansion and channels are being used as a portable Tactical Operations Center radio communications kit. Specific characteristics of the WAVE Unified Push-to-Talk (PTT) System to include the Vocality expansion and channels as well as due to the FBI’s change from Nextel to Samsung smart phones, a new phone to Land Mobile Radio PTT capability was needed by the FBI. The WAVE fusion system was configured specifically to meet the FBI’s security requirements and is proprietary to the manufacturer. All interested parties/offerors must be authorized resellers/partners of Vocality-Cubic/Cubic Mission Solutions Hardware/Software and Motorola Solutions WAVE Software as well as may identify their interests, by providing a quotation in respond to this requirement to the attention of: Mr. Greg Jimmerson, email address: GJJimmerson@fbi.gov by Friday, 21 February 2020, 11:00 am, Eastern Standard Time. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this requirement as follows: FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2018); FAR clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (DEC 2019); FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Items (OCT 2018); FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JAN 2020).
