The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: NU Spaces, 108 Cooper Hawk Drive, Coatesville, PA 19320 for the purpose of disassembly and reassembly of existing inventory of demountable walls, furniture and technical work stations for the products of multiple manufacturers to include; Kimball, Unicor, InScape, Wrightline, Mayline, Technion and Transwall that are used throughout the Quantico, VA facilities and various locations in Stafford, VA. Certified installers are required for each family of furniture, technical work stations, and demountable wall systems that are used in the facilities. The FBI has determined that contractor personnel will require access to classified information and/or access to classified areas. Contractor personnel shall possess at least an active and transferable Government Secret clearance at the time of proposal. The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI’s requirement to realign space within its facilities throughout the fiscal year to accommodate increased funded staffing levels and enhancements to mission critical requirements. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
