The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: Sheraton Grand Phoenix, 340 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004 for the purpose of renting and setting up audio visual equipment for the Information Technology Study Group meeting in November 2019. The Sheraton Grand Phoenix requires that the Audio Visual Services Group personnel must handle all equipment. Additional charges would be incurred if the FBI were to violate this agreement. The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI's requirement to keep pace with emerging technological capabilities within the private sector. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
