This requirement is for the Critical Incident Response Group. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ryan Dolan by email. The email address is rdolan@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification.
