This requirement is for ordnance/explosives. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ryan Dolan by email. The email address is RDOLAN@FBI.GOV. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification.
