SOLICITATION DJF-19-1200-BREACHING HAS BEEN CANCELED, THIS SOLICITATION SHALL TAKE ITS PLACE. March 2, 2020-- Re: Section A.1.4 of the Technical Requirement for this RFQ states: Contractor shall be capable of manufacturing the entire quantity of ammunition at the contractor’s manufacturing facility within the required time frames. The contractor may purchase components for the cartridge from other sources, but the contractor shall be the primary manufacturer of the ammunition. The contractor must not use or employ any subcontractors without the prior written approval of the FBI. The FBI will accept a quote from a small business reseller of a product from a large business manufacturer. Requirement remains for Buy American Act compliance and small business vendor must be registered in www.sam.gov as a small-business for the respective NAICS code at time of award. No extensions of time allowed for registration.
