The FBI CJIS Division is requesting to purchase the lighting replacement items for the FBI CJIS Millwork and Facade LED Light Replacement project. This is an open market, brand name or equal, simplified acquisition set aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to award a single purchase order based upon a best value determination. FOB Destination: 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306 Please complete the attached PRICING TEMPLATE for evaluation. Pricing Template is on Tab 1 with the “OR EQUAL” Specifications on Tab 2. Also attached are the “Existing Fixture” and the “Basis of Design” for each replacement as well as the Photometric Analysis of the building locations.
