The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring Brand Name Only Security System equipment. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside and only quotes from small businesses will be considered. Quotes will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All vendors shall be registered and have an active account in SAM.gov in order to quote. There will be a single award for all products requested. All quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. All vendors shall review, complete, and submit the Self Certifying Document (attachment number 1) and submit with their quote to be considered for award. If a vendor does not submit the required documents they will be considered nonresponsive to the RFQ. All vendors shall read under FBI/DOJ Security Clauses the CARS- Requirements for Procurement of Critical Assets clause. They shall review attachment numbers 2 and 3, and shall fill out and submit with their quotes. If a vendor does not submit the required documents they will be considered nonresponsive to the RFQ.
