This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 & 13. All vendors shall be signed up in SAM.GOV and have an active account to be considered for award. This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only quotes from Small Businesses will be considered. Vendors shall quote all required products to be considered for award. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Delivery shall be performed within 30 days or less of order being placed. NAICS Code: 334310, AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING Size Standard: 750 Employees Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. All vendors shall review, complete, and submit the Self Certifying Document (attachment number 1), Acquistion Risk Questions (attachment number 2) and Key Management Personnel List and submit with their quote to be considered for award. If a vendor does not submit ALL FOUR of the required documents they will be considered nonresponsive to the RFQ.
