The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Eagle's Paint and Body Shop, Inc. for the Columbia Division This requirement is for the Columbia Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. All vendor shall be within 40 miles via google maps of 151 Westpark Boulevard, Columbia, SC 29210-3857. They shall also be signed up in SAM.GOV and have an active registration as a small business.
