The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to FD GSA MERCER LLC, DUNS # 078677645 for renovations to make a mother's nursing room and HVAC services/equipment. This requirement is for the Atlanta Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. The FBI is the lessee and lessor is stating we are required to go through them/contract directly with them for all building renovations.
