The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Oklahoma State University, Forensic Toxicology & Trace Lab for research and development of a safe fentanyl canine training aid. This requirement is for the Weapons of Mass Destruction HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo M. Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification and SOW.
