This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies to perform the services described herein. The Contractor shall provide a Program Manager (PM) responsible for overseeing, directing and managing its personnel. PM duties shall focus on monitoring, coordinating, and corrective action as needed, for operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualified personnel shall perform lead extraction services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
