The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for preventative maintenance services for the DC Metropolitan Area Materials Handling Equipment. This Blanket Purchase Agreement is issued under FAR Part 13 and Far Part 12 with a small business total set aside. REQUIREMENTS FOR QUOTE PREPARATION Contractors shall submit quotes via email to slschottler@fbi.gov with the FBO solicitation number in the subject line. Failure to include the solicitation number in the subject line may result in your quote being deemed unresponsive. Contractors shall include their companies' DUNS number on their quote. **PLEASE NOTE** vendor's DUNS number shall be active in system for award management (SAM.gov) at the time of award. There is no out of pocket cost to register. Contractors shall quote a lump sum for the preventative maintenance services per year. EVALUATION AND AWARD PROCESS This will be awarded as lowest priced technically acceptable given either positive past performance or neutral past performance. The Contracting Officer will use CPARS to evaluate past performance. Should there not be past performance information entered in CPARS, the contractor shall receive a rating of neutral.
