This requirement is for the FBI Directorate of Intelligence Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov.
