The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to purchase Audio Visual (AV) Equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95 (13 Jan 2017). The solicitation number for this requirement is DJF-19-1800-PR-4955. The Acquisition Technology Contracts Unit, intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed below associated with this RFQ. Brand Name only will be accepted for this procurement. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business. The Government contemplates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. Proposals shall be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
