The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: Keysight Technologies, Inc., 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 for the purpose of providing hands on training required to operate the Keysight equipment that has already been purchased. In addition, the e-learning program will provide users with a background that will enhance the on-site training program and provide additional insight and knowledge into signals analysis. The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI's requirement to effectively conduct the missions of the FBI. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
