The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: Wescam Inc., dba L-3 Communications Wescam, 649 North Service Road, Burlington, ON, L7P 5B9, Canada to purchase the following items: Part # 41867-03, Motor Gearhead Tac, 24V-43:1, quantity 2 Part # 40282-02, CCA - Outer Axis Control, quantity 3 Part # 21463-01, Grounding Lug, quantity 1 The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI's requirement to purchase direct replacement parts to repair specialized imaging equipment in support of mission critical cases. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
