The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Imaging Business Machines, LLC for specialized supplies and consumables for the IBML high speed scanners. This requirement is for the Records Management Division, Technology Support Unit. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo M. Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification.
