The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to Sole Source to GLOCK, Inc. for the reasons listed on the Sole Source Justification Document attached. The FAR requires that we post this sole source justification. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ryan Dolan by email. The email address is rdolan@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time.
