This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 (5 June 2019). The Information Technology Acquisitions Unit is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number DJF-19-0700-PR-0005129 for A/V equipment. Brand Name specific items only will be accepted for this procurement. The Government intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334310, A/V Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
