This requirement is for the Laboratory Division, HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Adelle Bolton by email. The email address is albolton@fbi.gov All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. All responses to this intent to sole source are due to the contracting officer by COB May 10, 2019.
