ATF’s current charge is an ambitious goal of doubling its size within the next five fiscal years. To supplement ATF’s current cadre of staffing specialists (employees and contractors), ATF seeks an outsourcing solution of the daily operations of staffing services, while ATF backfills staffing specialist positions and implements changes to its internal processes to ensure long term efficiency and effectiveness. Amendment #1 the RFI was amended to "REMOVE" the following language All contractor personnel will be considered key on this contract and must provide résumés that demonstrate experience working on application development, database creation, and risk assessment projects for other Federal agencies. The Contractor will describe the experience, capabilities, and pertinent certifications of key team members that indicate their competence in performing the statement of work. Also Attachment A (End-to-End Hiring Report) has been added.
