The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to obtain information on Patches. ATF is looking to gather information on companies who ATF has a need to outfit its personnel with a variety of external marking items to ensure identification as Federal Law Enforcement, more specifically ATF Agents, Investigators, Public Information Officers, etc. This “branding” or external marking most often takes the form of patches with a “hook and loop” backing to be affixed and removed from duty clothing and equipment. To enable this effort, ATF requires a vendor who can provide branding services in a timely and cost efficient manner. Amendment #1 is to correct the response date from June 11th to June 21st, 2021. All other terms and conditons will remain the same.
