The Office of Management, Acquisitions Branch intends to perform a sole source out of scope firm-fixed price contract modification under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) DJA-16-AHDQ-V-0429 for Task Orders 15A00022FAQ000014, 15A00022FAQ000015,15A00022FAQ000033, 15A00022FAQ000018, and 15A00022FAQ000019 awarded to BA-ZAI JV LLC. The nature of this modification will be to extend the contract and these Task Orders to extend the period of performance to support essential Data Entry, Imaging, Indexing, IT Support Services and Related Support Services for the National Services Center. In order to adhere to the corrective actions recommended by the GAO, ATF requires an extension with the incumbent contractor. This time extension will allow ATF to implement the GAO protest decision’s recommended corrective action and avoid a lapse of mission critical services.
