This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective March 16, 2023. This will be a small business set-aside RFI under NAICS code 334516 with small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is to provide one (1) Linear Measurement Instruments, Corp. brand name or equal Depth Measurement Device with accessories and services as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. THE PAGE LIMITATION FOR QUOTATION RESPONSES IS 10 PAGES. Vendors MUST be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) system (www.SAM.gov) at the time of RFI submission, pursuant to FAR 52.204-7. The RFI shall be submitted as a firm fixed price. In accordance with FAR 52.211-6 “Brand Name or Equal” ATF is allowing quotes for alternate items, provided those items meet all the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation and Statement of Work. To be considered for award, quotes of "equal" products, including "equal" products of the brand name manufacturer, must follow the procedures found in FAR 52.211-6. If required information is not provided, the RFI may be determined to be not technically capable. The selected vendor must comply with the following FAR commercial provisions and clauses, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34.
