The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis to notify any interested Small Business or Social-economic company that the Government is considering the purchase of SmartRay Upgrades for ATF owned SmartRay Vision Systems. This is not a request for quotes or offers and no contract will be awarded in conjunction with responses received to this particular announcement. ITEM DESCRITPTION: SmartRay Vision x-Ray System M-Grade Controller Upgrade (49 Each) SmartRay Vision x-Ray System Mounts to Hold CommTriger (Part #CTMOUNT2) (59 Each) SmartRay Vision x-Ray System Wireless Trigger for Generator Control for TacComm Acquisition (Part #TACCTRIG) (59 Each) If you are interested in providing the SmartRay Upgrades in accordance with listed items above you are requested to submit a capability statement which addresses at a minimum, the questions presented within this announcement. The Government will evaluate all responses and determine if the pool of interested companies is capable of fulfilling this requirement. The Government does not intend to rank submitted capabilities. Any interested Small Business or Social-economic company capable of providing the required SmartRay Upgrades is requested to submit the information required in items 1-2 below to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on July 26th, 2022.
