Amendment #0001 hereby adds a sentence to the Instructions (below) to clarify the required and optional attachments. Introduction The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) is seeking information from sources that provide follow-on, program-management support and fleet-management services as described in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) that’s attached. ATF is looking for sources and solutions to assist its Materiel Management Branch (MMB) with the following as needed: Fleet Acquisitions Planning and Optimization, Vehicle Reporting/Analytics Development and Support, Vehicle Inventory Management, Fleet Management Information System Implementation/Sustainment, Fleet Card/Maintenance Program Implementation, Fleet Electrification, Fleet Maintenance Centralization/Reporting, Home-To-Work Program Management and Telematics Implementation and Integration. Instructions POTENTIAL vendors with the capability to satisfy/fulfill ATF’s requirement shall respond to this Notice by the Close Date and Time of this Notice with clear and convincing evidence demonstrating their capability. If there’s an issue with uploading supporting documentation via SAM, then said vendors shall send such via email to Sheray.Millhouse@ATF.gov using the attached “RFI Template”. No other forms of communication will be accepted or honored for this requirement. Said vendors shall also limit any proprietary information and clearly mark and segregate such information to aid the Government. Since ALL submissions become the property of the Government, they will not be returned. [While the Excel sheet is required, the Gov't will accept other formats (i.e., Word or Adobe) if said vendors need to share additional information that's relevant to this Notice and not already captured on said sheet.] Purpose Based on the responses to this Notice, the Government will have the sole discretion in determining its acquisition strategy. Disclaimer This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service; therefore, the Government will not pay for any information or reimburse vendors for any cost connected with this Notice. Instead, the responding vendor will be solely responsible for all costs associated with this Notice. Not responding to this RFI will not preclude participation in any future contract/order/agreement, if issued. Government Points of Entry (GPE) If a solicitation is released, then it will be issued through a GPE (i.e., SAM, eBuy, etc.); therefore, vendors should monitor such sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. ATF will not accept any unsolicited offers/quotations/bids/proposals related to this Notice since this is neither a solicitation nor a promise to issue a solicitation for said services in the future.
