The front cover has a pocket and is decorated on the front cover with debossed side-by-side 3” seals of ATF and International Narcotics & Law Enforcement (INL) and the lettering “INTERNATIONAL TRAINING” underneath the seals and “MISSION MEXICO” underneath that.
