AMENDMENT 1 - QUESTIONS/ANSWERS - SIGN IN SHEET ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE SITE VISIT MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED NCIC FORM AND SEND TO TO SHARON OLIVER WHEN THEY REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH, IF YOU ARE APPROVED TO PARTICIPATE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is DBCC001-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. This requirement is set aside for a small business. Small Business size standard is 16.5 million. UNICOR intends to enter into a one time purchase order for this procurement. DATES TO REMEMBER: Proposal due date is Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. EST. Late offers will not be accepted. SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY. Site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time. Participants will meet at Federal Correctional Institution, Front Lobby, 5701 8th Street Dublin, CA 94568. Mandatory attendance is required for award.
