The DEA, part of DOJ, is conducting market research to identify a modern SaaS/COTS solution for the Diversion Control Division’s transformation from decentralized, siloed applications to centralized, secure, and easily scalable capabilities. This RFI is solely for information gathering and acquisition planning under FAR 15.201(e) and is not a solicitation. Interested parties are encouraged to describe their solution approach, implementation strategy, relevant federal experience, technical architecture, AI capabilities, security and compliance capabilities, performance measures, and available ordering vehicles.
