The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Obsidian Integration LLC, 1730 Willow Creek Circle, Ste 100, Eugene OR 97402-9489 for the acquisition of concealment equipment. See attached for details of required items. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is NAICS 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard 750 people. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation, nor will the government separately reimburse vendors who respond to this notice. Vendors are requested to submit their capability package confirming their ability to provide the aforementioned requirements, as well as complete the attached questionnaire in response to this notice. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Questions may be submitted (in writing via email) on or before August 28, 2025. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern.
