AMENDMENT 1: 04 August 2025 The Government requires contracted services for Vehicle Security Gate Installation and Configuration in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation that will be published; quotes are being requested in response to this notice, and additional written solicitation(s) will not be issued. This solicitation number D-25-IG-9999 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns (FAR 19.5). This solicitation is classified under NAICS 561621. Please see the attached document (Statement of Work) for detailed requirement information. Offeror’s quotes shall include all necessary prices to complete the Government’s requirement as stated and shall be considered the Offeror’s all inclusive, best and final offer. Offeror's attached quote shall include a full breakdown of elements with associated prices reflecting minimum requirement as stated in the Statement of Work. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed priced (FFP) purchase order to the eligible and responsible offeror based the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote representing the best interest to the Government. If there are any questions regarding this notice or the Statement of Work and included information, Offerors must be submit questions in writing no later than August 05, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST to Laura Over at laura.e.over@dea.gov. The deadline for submission of quotes is August 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to laura.e.over@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
