El Paso Intelligence Center (NCME) 11339 SSG Sims El Paso, Texas 79918 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This ID number D-25-FS-0135 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This will be solicited under NAICS Code 336112 - Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Utility Trailers for EPIC . Please see the instructions to offeror and the product description/specifications attached for more details regarding this requirement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All offerors shall submit a complete quotation which will be evaluated based on the criteria listed in offeror’s instruction section. In accordance with FAR Part 13.302- Purchase Orders the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror based on Best Value to the government. Final quotes must be submitted via email by 7/23/2025 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must include pricing and responses to evaluation factors.
