This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources capable of providing Chemical and Hazardous Waste Collection, Transportation and Disposal Services for The Mid-Atlantic Region A, B and C, seen on Appendix E. These services will support The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) field offices and laboratories. The information provided in response to this notice will be used for market research informational for preliminary planning purposes to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and/or experience to perform the anticipated requirements.
