Foray Technologies, LLC, 150 N. Michigan Ave, Ste 1950, Chicago, IL 60601 for the purpose of acquiring the Communication Platforms. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basisin accordance with 13.106-1(b)(l)(i) Only One Source Reasonably Available. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334290. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by August 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST will be considered by the Government.
