DEA Office of Security Programs will review all vendor contract proposals for technical accuracy, completeness, and suitability, and will make the final determination of selected security vendor based on the most technically capable and lowest acceptable bid. This summary applies to the procurement, installation, training and implementation of an integrated security management system for the site described. The contractor shall furnish a complete system including all labor, materials and equipment for a complete and functional integrated security system. Use of subcontractors and/or other vendors to install and maintain any or all of the security system(s) (other than cabling, conduit, and power) must be approved in advance by DEA Headquarters, Physical Security Section.
