This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-24-DT-0037 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 333310. Please see attached for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror. Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE/BRAND NAME ONLY/DELIVERY ALL OR NONE-TWO WEEKS AFTER AWARD. Note: No substitution of equipment will be acceptable. No gray market items will be acceptable. No split kits will be acceptable. U.S. Owned and Operated Companies only. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 17th, 2024 at 10:00 am EST. The deadline for quotes is May 20th, 2024 at 10:00 am EST.
