This is set aside for small businesses. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business’ only. This solicitation number D-24-CH-0044 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 238210. Please see below for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 23rd, 2024 at 11:00 am EST. The deadline for quotes is June 12th, 2024 at 11:00 am EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to jose.l.marin@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted. - Solicitation has been amended to include a stie visit and extend the closing date of the solicitation to June 12th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.; individuals from interested companies attending a recommended site visit will need to contact David Brazao, David.M.Brazao@dea.gov to schedule the site visit and submit their PPI (Personnel Identification Information); Name, SSN, Date of Birth, and location of birth place and if born outside the U.S., provide mother’s maiden name before attending the site visit. the deadline for site visits is June 11th, 2024.
